They are starting to understand that in order to keep up w/ the competition they'll need a fancy web page, social media strategy and an HD video or 2 to help shape the tone they want their company to portray. Sometimes the face-to-face sales pitch isn't enough, your pitching to potential clients through the web and social media too. What are you gonna say when you're not physically there?
